Customer Service Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with National Sales Manager in the development of sales presentations using Microsoft Power Point
  • Extract and analyze data using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
  • Process customer orders and sample requests
  • Maintain Customer lead program
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and Customer Service Teams
  • Assist with customer service duties as needed
  • Other duties may be required as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, multitasking, and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
  • Desire to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Proficient in data extraction and analysis using Crystal Reports, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft Excel
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Three plus years experience in Administrative or Coordinator role for Sales and/or Customer Service
