Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule and manage appointments, maintaining seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Operational Support: Dispatch technicians accurately, manage detailed data entry, and assist with a variety of administrative tasks to keep our residential services running smoothly.
Organizational Mastery: Maintain impeccable organization of electronic documents and help coordinate projects that enhance our service delivery to residential customers.
A master communication with stellar interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and capable of managing their work load and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced casual environment.
Experienced in CRM and dispatching (mandatory).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and have experience using Service Titan software.
Highly self-motivated.
A reliable team player with a friendly and professional demeanor.
