Position Summary:
 
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to grow our customer base through direct sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach, networking, and relationship building. The ideal candidate will educate prospective clients on the value of UBER ISP’s unique resilient internet platform and close recurring revenue contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
 
Identify and engage prospective business customers in targeted industries such as healthcare, finance, hospitality, and commercial real estate.
 
Deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
 
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, with an initial ramp-up period expected.
 
Collaborate with internal marketing and technical teams to optimize client onboarding and satisfaction.
 
Manage sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM records.
 
Participate in local business events and chamber of commerce activities to build relationships and generate leads.

Compensation:
 
Base Salary: $30,000 per year — guaranteed income.
 
Upfront Commission: 20% of full monthly recurring revenue (MRC) for each new customer, paid after 30 days of active service.
 
Residual Commission: 10% of monthly recurring revenue for the entire 24-month contract length.
 
Average Customer MRC: $450
 
Example Earnings:
 
Ramp-Up (Months 1–3): ~3 new accounts/month → approx. $2,905/month total earnings
 
Full Production (Months 4–12): ~12 new accounts/month → approx. $8,440/month total earnings
 
Year 2 projected total compensation ranges between $85,000 and $93,000+, depending on retention and sales performance.

Qualifications:
 
Minimum 3 years B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in telecom, technology, or related fields.
 
Comfortable with direct outreach and face-to-face sales efforts.
 
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 
Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
 
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
