Description POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Aquatics Coordinator/Director and in accordance with the policies of the YMCA of Southwest Florida, the Swim Instructor provides swim lessons/ private or group to children and adults of all levels and abilities based on YMCA standards and program requirements.
