ENGLEWOOD, Fla. August 10, 2023 – The monthly Wellness Series hosted by HCA Florida Englewood Hospital continues with “The Basics of Organ, Eye and Tissue Donation” on Thursday, August 24, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. The event will be held at the Suncoast Auditorium at 779 Medical Drive in Englewood. Every year, more than 33,000 men, women and children receive the gift of a lifesaving organ transplant and every 10 minutes, someone’s name is added to the National Transplant waiting list.
