**Suncoast Humane Society Thanks the Community for Generous Support in Donation Drive** 

Suncoast Humane Society would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who participated in our recent pet food and cat litter donation drive. Your generosity made a significant impact! 

Residents from various local communities came together to donate essential items at drop-off locations across Venice, Englewood, and Boca Grande.  

Cece Wentworth of Venice shared her motivation for participating, stating, “The thought of families having to give up their pet (family member) is appalling to me. Families struggling in this economy should not have to give up their family members, and pets are family. Those of us who have the ability need to help.” 

Distribution of the collected items for families in need will take place on Thursday, November 20th, and Friday, November 21st, at our Venice Thrift Store located at 656 Tamiami Trail. For those unable to attend on these dates, assistance is available during regular business hours at our campus.
