Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC installations, change-outs, and ductwork in residential homes.
• Lead installation projects and ensure work is completed to company standards.
• Demonstrate expertise in the use of HVAC tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer communication and service.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, and heating.
• Proficient in reading schematics.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• High School or equivalent.
• Driver's License with good driving record.
• EPA Card.
