Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair heating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues including electrical issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and efficiency.
• Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems.
• Follow schematics, and design specifications to troubleshoot or repair HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of relevant experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, and heating.
• Proficient in reading schematics.
• Ability to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• High School or equivalent.
• Driver's License with good driving record.
• EPA Card preferred but not required.
